Following the launch of the Consultation Draft Constitution for Somalia, UNPOS, the UNDP Project Team and the Independent Federal Constitution Commission (IFCC) conducted a Seminar in Djibouti from 3 to 4 July 2010 , to explore ways in which the civil society could assist with the civic education and public consultation process.
