New York, 21 June 2011 – The Security Council met to consider the situation in Somalia, focusing on the Secretary-General's Report on the modalities for establishing specialized Somali anti-piracy courts (S/2011/360) , which is based on a detailed study of the issue by Jack Lang, Special Adviser on Legal Issues Related to Piracy off the Coast of Somalia.
