Garowe, 17 February 2012 – The second national constitutional conference was held in Garowe from 15 - 17 February 2012. The meeting was convened by the Transitional Federal Government (TFG) of Somalia and hosted by Puntland State Government of Somalia and facilitated by the United Nations, under the auspices of Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Somalia.
