The newly formatted High Level Committee (HLC) meets and is co-chaired by SRSG Ould-Abdallah and Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs Lynn Pascoe. Both urge Nairobi-based partners to act concretely vis-à-vis Somalia, as well as emphasize the fact that the challenges currently facing the country cannot be resolved by the Government of Somalia single-handedly.
