The Deputy SRSG travelled to Mogadishu on 12 November 2009 where he briefed members of the cabinet on the ongoing initiatives in the area of security sector, notably in terms of the training programme and carried out consultations in preparation of the planned meetings of the Joint Security Committee (JSC) and High Level Committee (HLC).
